HOW DO I FIND OUT ABOUT TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS?

 

We are always monitoring travel requirements in all locations that we are going to be visiting. We will update all clients with the latest restrictions and requirements as soon as they are made available to us. Always check ahead for the restrictions on your own as well to always be prepared.

 

DO I NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE?

 

We do encourage that travelers purchase insurance when booking travel. We do not won't customers to loose money because they were forced to cancel a trip at the last minute due to a sudden illnesses or family emergency. We have most all of a trip's expenses paid for months prior to the trip, and we are unable to reimburse the customer unless we are lucky enough to sell the spot. It is almost impossible to sell spots at the last minute before a trip. Anything can happen to any of us causing our plans to have to change. 

 

Is the Motor Coach Comfortable?

 

Vacation Time Tours uses only the most modern deluxe motor coaches available. They are climate-controlled, have comfortable reclining seats, foot rests, charging ports/wi-fi where available, overhead storage racks, restrooms, public address systems and large viewing windows. All of our motor coaches have video systems for your added touring pleasure. We will always provide complimentary bottles of water. We try at all times to take the most popular and scenic routes so that travel itself becomes an enjoyable part of your vacation. All passengers are insured while traveling with Vacation Time Tours while on  motor coaches.

 

How does seating work on Motor Coach?

We do try to keep all families and travel companions seated together. In order that everyone can enjoy a variety of views and have exposure to meeting other people on the tours, we rotate seats daily in a clockwise direction on all multiple day trips. One of the front seats is reserved for the Tour Director and will not rotate. In order not to show partiality among passengers, there can be no exceptions to our seating plan. Who knows you may end up with a new lifetime friendship.

 

How often does the Motor Coach Stop?

 

It depends on the type/length of the trip. We try to balance comfort and time when you travel with us. We know that people need to get off the bus on average of every two hours for restroom, stretching, smoke breaks, and to get something to drink or a snack. We will normally also make a stop before our destination with an option to freshen up.

 

 What should I Pack?

 

Each passenger is allowed one carry-on bag small enough to store either at your feet or in the overhead compartment. The overhead space is limited so please limit what you bring on the bus. All motor coaches have under bus storage for luggage and larger items. We recommend bringing a pillow and blanket for the ride. Remember a phone charger, small backpack/purse, and to wear comfortable shoes. If you are using personal electronics such as phone, tablet, laptop, or video games please be kind and use head phones. Do not forget any medications. You are also welcome to bring snacks. You will be able to access luggage at any of our stops  before we arrive at the destination. When we get to the destination, you will NOT be able to gain access to the stored luggage due to having only a limited time to exit the motor coach at some of our stops.

Can I Leave Items on the Motor Coach?

 

Yes, at your own discretion anytime the driver is away from the motor coach it will be locked. Vacation Time Tours or Motor Coach provider is not responsible for lost, damage, or stolen items.

Can I Afford a Trip and How can I Pay?

 

We try to offer many travel options that are as cost efficient as possible. We accept multiple types of payments. You can conveniently pay with any type of debit card, credit cards, PayPal, and Pay in 4 which is a buy now pay later format through PayPal all on our website, money orders, or checks through mail, and cash in person only. Pay in 4 through PayPal does not preform a credit check and is a way to make four equal no interest payments. We also are willing to set up a payment plan for people on a per-person case. Just reach out to us because we feel everyone should have the opportunity to travel.

How Do I Know Which Trip Is Right for Me?

 

The way to consider any trip or travel is to ask yourself these five questions. 1) Is there something at the location or the tour that interests me? 2) Do I have the time to take a trip? 3) What do I want to accomplish on the trip? 4) What is the cost of the trip? 5) Am I ready to let Vacation Time Tours get me to the travel plans or take the tour that I want to do?
